School of Theatre & Dance

Current Season

Stressed out kids, intense love stories and Jane Austen paired with dance from Ulysses Dove and our amazing faculty!  The 2018-19 season has something for everyone!  Each year, the USF School of Theatre and Dance produces and performs high quality shows for USF and greater Tampa area audiences. In the Fall of the 2018-19 school year we are excited to offer up a Fall Staged Readings series with shows that we are considering for future seasons, as well as the musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Music and Lyrics by William Finn, Book by Rachel Sheinkin, Conceived by Rebecca Feldman, and our amazing Fall Dance Concert featuring a resetting of the Ulysses Dove masterwork Vespers on our talented students. On tap for spring is our BRIT production, a new adaptation of Jane Austen's Emma, Diana Son's Stop Kiss, and the Spring Dance Concert. Something for everyone to enjoy!
