Auditions for Productions
The Shaughraun The BRIT auditions for Dion
Boucicault’s The Shaughraun will take place on Nov. 22nd
and 23rd from 6-10pm. Sign-up sheets will be available
soon on the 2nd floor callboard in TAR. The director (Malachi
Bogdanov) and the designer (Bruce French) will be here for several days next
week. Students interested in stage managing should contact Marc Powers to
arrange a time to meet with Mr. Bogdanov and Mr. French. For auditions: please
prepare the appropriate monologue (attached). Memorization was not
specified, but try to be familiar enough with the material that you can make
interesting choices and not have your eyes on the text during the audition. Monday, Nov. 23rd,
at 12pm, please come to a question and answer session (TAR 120) with the
director and the designer. This session will focus both on the production
