Kerry Glamsch

Kerry Glamsch joined Actor's Equity in 1984, and performed lead roles in dozens of shows, including The Normal Heart, Burn This, A Lie of the Mind, Lone Star, and Tracers. A Michener Fellow while at the University of Texas at Austin, Kerry earned his MFA in Creative Writing there in 1999. He has studied acting and movement with the San Francisco Mime Troupe, Free Theatre Munich, The Atlantic Theatre in New York, The Dell'Arte International School in Denmark and Two Chairs Studio in Austin. In the summer of 2007, he joined the International Theatre and Literacy Project in Tanzania, where he taught playwriting and acting to high school students. A Fulbright Scholar, Kerry taught Theatre and Screenwriting at The University of Craiova Romania and The National Theatre in Bucharest during the 2008-2009 school year. While at USF he has directed Finer Noble Gases, Fool for Love, and 100 Saints You Should Know. He has been a full time faculty member at USF since 2002.
